3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one gb33 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

4 Deposits

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on gb33 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect members from unauthorised withdrawals.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: BDT 100,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within three minutes of approval.
• gb33 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full before processing.
• gb33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within 30 minutes of approval, contact gb33 support with your withdrawal reference. gb33 will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on gb33 are subject to the rules of the specific market in which they are placed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that market.

• Bets are final once confirmed. gb33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of a clear technical error.
• gb33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or human error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. gb33 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant market rules.
• gb33 reserves the right to limit the stake size of any member at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Where the outcome of an event is disputed or subject to an official review, gb33 will settle the bet in accordance with the official result once confirmed.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

gb33 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be made.
• gb33 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unclaimed or unused bonus funds will be removed from your account after the expiry date.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gb33 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. gb33 will never ask you to share your password or OTP with anyone, including gb33 support staff.

• Do not share your gb33 account credentials with any other person.
• Do not access your gb33 account from a shared or public device without logging out afterwards.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact gb33 support immediately.
• gb33 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using gb33 for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.

• Colluding with other members to manipulate the outcome of bets or games.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the gb33 platform.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name.
